    Annual POA dues are $50.00 and will be collected February 1st – March 31st for all Spring Valley Manor POA members owning property in Spring Valley Manor subdivision.  Anyone purchasing property after collection dates will be invoiced after closing.   Dues can be paid by mail a check to POA Board Secretary/Treasurer or through PayPal.  Please make checks out to SVM POA.  Mailing address:
